HOW DO WE PAY YOU?
Website orders - Payments should be made through the website.
Orders via email - Payments should be made via an emailed invoice.
DO YOU DO FACE TO FACE MEETINGS?

DO YOU DO REFUNDS?
As each item is made to order we sadly can't accept returns or exchanges but if you have any issues message us and we'll do our utmost to rectify it.
DESIGN FAQs
HOW DOES A RETAINER WORK?
These are for you if you need ongoing design support. It allows you to purchase a block of hours and use them as needed throughout the month.
CAN I CARRY OVER RETAINER HOURS?
No. All time unused in each month, will be lost. However, we are in constant communication with you, to remind you of time you have left so this shouldn’t occur.
WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME OR CHANGES?
Let us know with your feedback and we'll block out additonal time/rounds fo changes and keep a timesheet. These will be charged at £50 per hour.
HOW DO I RECIEVE MY FILES?
We send all files over in the relevent file type for print or digital.
WEDDING FAQs
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER OUR SAVE THE DATES?
Anything from 6 - 12th months before your wedding day.
WHEN SHOULD I ORDER OUR WEDDING INVITATIONS?
Traditionally invites are sent 3-6 months before your wedding day but as soon as you have all your information it's good to get them out as everyone get's busy quickly.
HOW LONG IS THE DESIGN PROCESS FROM BOOKING TO RECEIVING OUR INVITES IN HAND?
About 3-8 weeks depending on how long feedback takes. From your order date we'll send your designs out to you in 7 working days time and then you'll have rounds fo changes. Once approved we take a week to print.
HOW DO YOU SEND ORDERS?
Small orders via Royal Mail and larger orders via DPD
WHAT IS HOT FOILING?
Hot foiling is when a metal plate is engraved with your design and pressed by hand into the card with a piece of foil inbetween. This leaves the card with an intended coloured print.
WHAT DEPOSIT DO YOU TAKE?
We ask for a 50% deposit to book your bespoke design time. The remainder is due before the final artwork is sent to print.
For semi-custom designs we take the full payment when booked.
